OMG

OMG - What a day!
My divorce proceedings have dragged on for 2 years and still is unresolved.
The judge told us in March how she would rule if it were to go to trial and we should wrap-it-up!
One court date in June was postponed because the soon-to-be-ex wanted some changes made to the draft my lawyer put together. We found this out at 4:45pm the night before we were due in court!
And yet here we are in August, Friday August 7 2009, and due back in court on Monday and her lawyer tells my lawyer today that she has been unable to contact my ex and so we still have no agreement in place!
UGH!
